VISTA names Ron Denaro senior vice president of marketing
HOLLYWOOD, FL - July 6, 2005 - VISTA announced today that veteran South Florida
marketing executive Ron Denaro has been named senior vice president of
marketing.
Denaro is directly
responsible for development and execution of the health benefit company's
long-term strategic branding and marketing strategy as well as recruitment of
an internal marketing department. "Ron is a key addition to VISTA's talented
leadership team," said Ronald J. Berding, the company's chief executive
officer. "He brings to VISTA a proven track record of success and the insight
and knowledge necessary to build a company brand that supports our mission and
growth strategy."
Denaro has held several key
leadership positions in marketing including senior vice president and president
at national and international companies. He spent more than 20 years as a
marketing executive in South Florida including 16 at Alamo Rent-a-Car in Fort
Lauderdale serving as vice president of international sales and marketing.
A graduate of St. John's
University in New York, Denaro also completed additional executive education at
the University of Michigan. He and his family reside in Fort Lauderdale.
